Hotel Porta Westfalica

The location was really nice and the forest invites to great walks. Unfortunately, the staff were very unfriendly, and we felt limited by certain incidents in our privacy. The water pressure was only mediocre and the internet unfortunately did not work at all. Actually we would have liked to book again, but with such a staff unfortunately not. Not recommended.

for a Hotel Garni we were very surprised when we saw the room. Very large room, with sofa us table, large TV, Large closet with luggage rack. Everything clean, bathroom perfectly ok. Mattresses are very soft, could be firmer. Breakfast is adequate, staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is very quiet in the middle of the forest. We will definitely come back.

The room was furnished with a double bed, a dresser with the TV on it, a chair and a table. Our suitcases served as bedside tables for the 5 days. No room cleaning. Two ladies from the breakfast staff were the only bright spot in the hotel.
