Here price and performance is in stark contradiction, check-in electronically, not exactly made easy, after the first night no room service, no one available, shower with moldy joints, shower door seal broken, directly overlooking the busy station forecourt, windows open due to the noise strictly limited in time, water temperature fluctuated considerably when showering, several TV channels in reception permanently disturbed, there are much cheaper alternatives in Siegburg, this "hotel" should be avoided.

The location is good but noisy. The price-performance ratio does not fit. The check in worked. We were greeted in the bathroom by a large silverfish and the shower smells horribly of cloaca. The soap dispensers at the sink and the shampoo dispensers in the shower were empty to the last drop and they will probably remain so. Room 201.

No reception services, after booking i didn't get any reservation code so to open the door...to get inside and be able to self check-in i have to call a service number....once in the room, light is not working, TV also last night was not working,, today no towels....really the worst hotel experience of my life.
