Great hotel for a short stay. Quietly located at the "Kurpark" and within walking distance of the center. We had a room with a really big balcony, overlooking the square in front of the hotel, towards Kurpark. Opening hours restaurant / bar were disappointing during our stay, moreover the bar was not exactly cozy, but that is a very personal opinion. A.h.w. across the street from the hotel also found a "Konditorei", well worth it. And the parking garage at the hotel is definitely recommended.

Clean hotel, slowly aging with air conditioning that is not very efficient and lots of carpets everywhere. The mattresses are very good, firm and comfortable. We had a room right above the entrance with no terrace; it was impossible to open the window because everyone smokes right underneath. Very complete breakfast; they could, however, add a 2nd coffee machine because there is a line during peak hours. Terrace not very well maintained, dry plants and few amenities to make it more pleasant. They have a lot of space and could easily separate smokers from non-smokers because it is very unpleasant to eat while people next to you are smoking like chimneys. We were then forced to eat inside even though the weather was very nice. The pool and spa areas are in another building. Very good point for the card that gives free access to quite a few facilities like the bus, etc. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Called several times because I had booked online and had not received a confirmation by email. After a phone call I was confirmed by a nice gentleman on the phone my booking. (exactly 2 times ). After the 4 call still no confirmation by mail. A lady informed me that there is no booking. I should book online again. Ridiculous. Booked elsewhere.
