Land-gut-Hotel Hotel & Restaurant Zum Sanger

A phone call to this hotel at 16.30 found no english speaker, however within 15 minutes they returned my call and offered a room with dinner and breakfast. We arrived shown to a clean comfortable room, with good clean bathroom complete with good quality towels. Our dinner was promptly served and excellent. with a very good local red wine. A good nights sleep, then breakfast before we paid a modest 170 Euros. We think this hotel offered us a great nights stay, so thank you to all those hard working staff who made our stay welcome.

A dated yet nice place right along the river. Beautiful setting. Decent sized room. Great location for hikes and bikes. Close to town and close to charming sites. Wonderfully accommodating staff. Free internet worked fine.

A ten minute walk from the main town, this is a well run hotel with one of the most accommodating owners I've come across. The rooms are clean and adequate and, although the place is situated on a busy and noisy road, the noise pollution is bearable. The restaurant provides a complete buffet breakfast and main meals are hearty and regional. A very enjoyable stay.
