Best Western Bellevue Rheinhotel

Unfortunately, the overall experience at this hotel was very disappointing. Upon arrival, no one helped us with our luggage, and the reception was very unfriendly. The housekeeping service had only folded one side of the bed, but left the rest just as it was. The breakfast was absolutely disappointing, both in terms of the food selection and also the overwhelmed service staff. Something was constantly empty, and they did not manage to bring more food. Furthermore, we were told that the breakfast on the second floor was the same as on the ground floor, which was not true at all, given that there was a cook who made fresh eggs downstairs. They were simply completely overwhelmed by the requests to have a set table and, if necessary, to bring additional cutlery. In addition, someone from the front desk called our room at 1:00 a.m., where a small child was sleeping, because there was a problem with the bar bill. This was well-intentioned, but completely out of place, as the bill was settled the next day. In summary, I would definitely not recommend this hotel; the only praise that must be given is for the quality of the dinner and the staff at dinner. The head of the service staff was excellent, organized, and managed to serve the food for a large group correctly, warm, and at the same time. We have experienced it differently many times before, so a big compliment here.

Very inflexible and unfriendly staff Large room. Pleasant bedding. Adequate cleanliness

In 2021 we were in Boppard and were very disappointed. Service and outdoor area did not in any way correspond to the standard of the establishment. Today we were pleased to note that the experience back then was probably just a slip-up. We ate very well and the service was the best. From us, all the stars that can be awarded. We have decided to book here for our next stay. Almut and Harald Fischer DuisburgEverything
