Stayed overnight at the Tulip Inn on a bike ride. Friendly welcome, clean room. the bikes we could put in the garage.

Cheekiness! Check in unfriendly! And at the bar in the evening... I'd like to rate, but unfortunately with the bar open, just NO ONE there. Just load open and no one present!

Booked a suite with 2 single beds and a twin on booking.com, on arrival the suite had 2 single bases and a double mattress, as we were 2 men on a biking holiday this was not acceptible, i was told that was the description on booking.com quite clearly it was not,asked for a single matteress and was told “we dont keep anything like that here, if you dont like it get a refund and leave” to say i was angry was an understatement, i even showed him the booking.com booking stating it was 2 singles, also we booked a twin room for another 2 lads and when they went to their room somebody was already in it, needless to say that was hard to put right as well. The gentleman (loose term) on reception was unhelpful, ignorant and uninterested and of no help at all and quite frankly unprofessional, Please avoid this hotel at all costs if my experience was anything to go by you will be doing yourselves a massive favour.
