Hilton Mainz Hotel

We spent one night at the Hilton in Mainz and were very satisfied with our stay. The location on the Rhine is super, the terrace inviting, and the service there is sometimes very attentive and very friendly. The staff at the reception were also very service-oriented and very helpful. Our room with a view of the Rhine was freshly renovated and very inviting. As in all Hiltons…super comfortable beds and a large TV. The breakfast was plentiful and the service was also very attentive. Thank you!!!

I would to say I never have provided feedback to a hotel but I had to bring this to your attention. First disappointment was crossing from one building to another and the carpet to the old building is absolutely disgusting. It looks like it has not been cleaned in years. Next problem was walking into my room and my bathroom floor was covered in some type of liquid. Gross and disgusting feeling to see that. Next tried to go to the gym or fitness room and the water dispenser looked like it had never had any water in there. Made the front desk aware that there is no water in the fitness area where there are multiple people working out, all of whom tried to drink water out of thr dry dispenser and a hour later the front desk has not sent anyone to fix the issue. I am a honor member and I have never stayed at a Hilton where I felt the need to send feedback. I am so disappointed.

I had a very comfortable stay at this Hilton Mainz establishment. The staff was very attentive, providing a warm welcome upon my arrival, very friendly and professional. I was upgraded to a beautiful junior suite on the 6th floor with a magnificent view of the Rhine and the city. I had an excellent time enjoying snacks and drinks in the executive lounge. The meal in the restaurant was delicious. The breakfast was plentiful. I enjoyed drinks on the terrace with a magnificent view of the Rhine and the bridge.  Most importantly, I had a very easy late check-out and I rested well before continuing to my final destination: it pleased me. A big thank you to Tamina, Ammar, and the entire hotel team. I will return soon.
