Everything was fine, I only complain that for 2 people there was only one towel and one bath towel provided each. Furthermore, it would be appreciated if the lady at the breakfast buffet were a bit friendlier; I think then she would also have an easier time.

Large room and accessible bathroom. Carpet in the room. No refrigerator or air conditioning.

The front desk staff is attentive and super nice, the beds are comfortable, and it is really close to the center of Mainz.
