Best Western Wein Und Parkhotel

Solid hotel in the chain, but with room for improvement. The check-in went smoothly. Unfortunately, we had to have our key cards re-encoded 5 times (and no, we did not have them near our cell phones). It was no longer funny when wearing a bathrobe from the pool or sauna or at night. When they tried to explain to us that it was due to the HEAT, we really had to chuckle. Our friends' cards always worked. Breakfast was good, but the staff cleared EVERYTHING away if you just went to the buffet for a moment to get something else. On the day of departure, we came back to our room from breakfast at 10:15 a.m. (after we had to have our key card re-encoded again) and discovered that our room had already been cleaned for the NEXT GUESTS and even our spare key card was no longer on the desk. And this even though we had not yet checked out or paid. According to the hotel, check-out was possible until 11:00 a.m. So we were not late either. The swimming pool could not be used at normal times on the weekend because children's swimming lessons were taking place. This is not our first time at the hotel, but we were disappointed this time.

Great hotel, everything is fine. Very recommended. The food. The parking. The room. The lobby and the staff. Clean hotel

Positive - Nicely decorated hotel with nice staff - Rooms are large enough and equipped with air conditioning - Bathroom also nicely large and functional - Breakfast is rich for 15 € and mostly delicious - Nice large terrace where you can also have breakfast - Free parking within walking distance Negative - Duvet was too small and too thin - Air conditioning/ventilation just went out at night
