Completely satisfied. Nice, clean hotel. Great breakfast with wonderful selection. The double room with Rhine view was perfect. The EZ a bit small...but fine. Elevator top and brand new, Wi-Fi available and works very well. Parking accessible with a few steps. I'm sure we'll stop by again!

A very nice hotel with great rooms, all very consistent. We felt very comfortable in your hotel. Starting from reception to departure. The entire staff we felt were very attentive, also that they enjoy their work, nothing is too much. The hotel has a fantastic location and atmosphere. The day started with a very good breakfast buffet, which ended with a great 3 course dinner in the evening. There is a feel-good atmosphere all around this hotel. A very nice wellness area with an outdoor area including fantastic views of the “Father Rhine”! Mrs Gottschalk’s massage was a pampering moment for mind and soul, she has magic hands and radiates a calmness that allows you to come to rest yourself, thank you again for that. We arrived for the Middle Rhine Moments Gourmet Festival, a great event! We enjoyed the peace and cosiness in this hotel,. If you have something to complain about here, you can't help him anymore. Thanks again to everyone who made the stay an unforgettable moment.

Our room had a balcony with the most beautiful view of the Rhine and a castle that was lit up and glowed in the night. The location was outstanding- Rhine cruise pier is right out front and the train is a block away. We took the train to Bingen and the Rhine cruise back to Sanct Goar to see the many castles along the way. The large, bright breakfast room has a view of the Rhine and the most friendly service with many choices. The Indian gentleman at the front desk was very helpful in helping us locate a nearby ebike rental shop in Bacharach. He was very pleasant to chat with as well. Parking was free and a short walk from the hotel.
