City Hotel Primavera

Wir kauften ein Gutschein via Touridat. Aber kein moglichkeit diese Gutschein zu brauchen. And Touridat says it is not our problem, because we only sell the vouchers. So, for me it is and a problem with the hotel and with Touridat.

On checkout the hotel has withdrawn 10 times bigger amount from my credit card. All my addresses were ignored. I have booked it with on-line service of Booking.com and ask this company to help me to get the money back. The involvement of Booking.com helped but even after it, the hotel admitted its guilt but tried to not return the money on various reasons. At last, Booking.com transferred their own money to my account.

We stayed here for one night the room was clean and spacious, the location was quite and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and i can find no reasons to pick fault. The free WiFi was a welcome addition. I will recommend this place to friends and we will stay here again if we are in the area
