Achat Hotel Messe-Chemnitz

The hotel is very unprofessional and clearly not prepared for different situations, especially when it comes to handling guests under assistance services. The staff was unfriendly, arrogant and at times aggressive and intimidating. The way I was treated in front of other guests was unacceptable and created a very negative experience. Instead of resolving the situation, the hotel showed a lack of organization and communication. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. The case is currently being reviewed legally. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for people using assistance services.

Very nice staff, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and good. The rooms relatively small but clean, the carpeting doesn't work for me at all, I find that totally unhygienic, even the shower no longer meets current expectations, so high or down ,that is an absolute no go for older guests. But that's all still within the scope, what doesn't work is the price of 25 !!! EURO overnight stay for a very well behaved 5 kilos dog. Who's not allowed in Bert or even in the room. He was not allowed in the breakfast room either, our dog is there every time he visits the restaurant !! So for what please I pay 25 euros ???? I haven't paid that much in a hotel yet.
