Akzent Hotel Residence Bautzen

Rooms were clean and large. We also had a place where we could park the bikes. But the staff was very unfriendly, seemed annoyed and wanted all of this and everyone what she wanted. For example, I wanted to take one of 15 muesli bars with me, but I was unkindly advised that I had to eat the bar in breakfast room. Also the breakfast itself was bad. Everything tasted like the cheapest mass-produced goods. The staff mostly answered questions and actions quickly and harshly. Everything him everything the building is good, but food and staff were deficient.

staff friendly. rooms very large and very clean. decor old, charm of the late 90s. feather bed positively worth noting. dinner in the restaurant was against expect very delicious. temperature in the restaurant rather cool. service brisk. breakfast fine: bakery rolls are a plus, the rest was standard. well suited for an overnight stay. but without any particular charm or feel-good factor.

Nice hotel that we found by chance. Glad they kept the old decor from the past. Comfortable rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was very nice and especially the owner (?) who provided a first class service. A variety of dishes are served in the restaurant. Three took oxen woolades and one chose wiener schnitzel. The oxrullades were amazingly good together with a little knödel and red cabbage and also the schnitzel was perfect, very good! The breakfast was quite ok, without standing out especially, but it did not matter so much when dinner was so hearty and tasty the day before. Perfect place to stay a night on the move. Highly recommended!
