Artushof - Hotel

Overall, the hotel is clean and the location is good for a stay in Dresden. Unfortunately, there was a complete hot water outage during our stay. In one of our rooms, there was also no shower available. What was particularly frustrating was that the hot water outage was apparently known before our arrival, yet we were not informed about it at check-in and were still required to pay for the entire stay in advance. The breakfast was of acceptable quality, but the breakfast room was quite small and correspondingly cramped during peak times. It is worth noting that the hotel manager apologized for the hot water outage and initially promised a refund. However, the subsequent processing was unnecessarily complicated, as a foreign breakfast was offset against my promised refund, and I ultimately had to resolve the matter myself. Overall, the hotel leaves a mixed impression: clean rooms and friendly communication, but there is room for improvement in organization and handling of problems from my perspective.

We have been guests at the Artushof for several years when we visit Dresden. The ideal location of the hotel and the friendly and dedicated service we always like.

Very friendly staff. The room was very large and left nothing to be desired. We would definitely come back. Good public transport links. A fantastically beautiful experience
