Staff helped us with informations and services for our stay in the area, more than one could expect. Clean hotel.Wonderful experience. Free parking lot on the site. Staff speaks multiple languages (besides German of course) English, Italian, Romanian

We stayed for 3 nights here as it was convenient for the regular tram service into Dresden and offered free Car parking on site. We had a very nice room overlooking the quiet street.. The shower room whilst small provided plenty of storage and a super hairdryer. But the actual shower cubicle lacked anywhere to put a bar of soap or a shampoo- ! Free Internet was included in the price. Breakfast was not very good - limited selection and no staff around to ask . Service was none existent at breakfast. The hotel is elegantly furnished and we found it clean and comfortable . The most disappointing thing was it felt so impersonal -- we saw no one from Check in to Check out - we were told the Reception was unmanned and we could contact someone by phone if needed. I have rated service as average because apart from cleaning our room there was no further service.

i was at the hotel for few days. There was no staff available through my stay, only at the check in and check out, cold rooms, not cleaned in the right way (there was plenty of dust on my bed). Overpriced, they wanted to charge us more, after explanation right price agreed.
