From the outside (photo), wow, and inside, yikes! Booked through FeWo de. I have never experienced such dirt and an unkempt hotel in my entire fifty years of hotel experience. Even the entrance area was so dirty that one cannot describe it in words. It smelled of cigarette smoke throughout the entire Floor. The adjacent "common room" exceeded all imaginable disgust. Empty beer boxes piled up against the wall, and the courtyard indicated that a drinking party was taking place. Beer cans under the table, bottle caps on the table, overflowing ashtray, etc. We did not take the room, even though a week was planned at the Point Hotel. The room was also uninviting and did not match what we had booked. The table was missing, just a desk with two chairs where one was supposed to eat, simply unbelievable. There was no coffee maker and only ONE coffee pot in the kitchenette. We then stayed with acquaintances for two days. The correspondence with the provider was also a disaster. They want to fob us off with a forty % discount, even though we did not spend a night in this accommodation. Unfortunately, one must give a rating point to submit the review. Zero points would be appropriate.

Tired. One day/night was without heat and hot water. Kitchen not complete and plates with slices in. Smell of sewage. No staff. Looks like an abandoned hotel. Pictures do not match reality. We do not recommend this place

A horrible experience. Starts with the fact that there is no reception, no contacts and no personal contact. An overwhelmed hotline and otherwise you are left alone. Cleanliness is also not a top priority here. Whether outside, in the floods or rooms. Dirt can be found everywhere.
