This is a great little place about 10/15 mins drive from centre of Dresden. There was trams a couple of mins walk away & the owner told me it was tram 8,which I did see in centre. I drove into Dresden & found parking really cheap one day I parked behind station for about 14hrs & only cost 7 euros, another time I parked in shopping centre for about 7hrs and was only 5euros!
Not sure how easy it would be to find without the help of a sat nav, as it really isn't in a place you'd expect to find a hotel/motel.I also arrived in the dark so was even stranger,as the motel part is behind the owners home.
They were really friendly and spoke English. The rooms themselves are old,but clean, maybe could do with a bit of new paint or wall papering in places. The little hob, fridge, and sink were a nice touch, maybe a microwave would be good just to heat up something, not really a fan of microwave meals but they ok when away as quick and cheap.
The wifi, worked well enough for email & facebook, not sure you'd be able to use it for Netflix etc.
I didn't have breakfast,so cant comment,i did go to the nearby hotel when I left to pay,and it seemed nice.
There was a couple of lidls not far away, and a mcdonalds on road into centre of Dresden.

Great place to stay if you are a transit passenger and don't need to be right in the center of Dresden. (We did notice trams nearby though, but did not use them so not sure where they go or how long the ride takes.) The houses/rooms are in the back yard of the main house, clean, comfortable, with parking and wifii. Nice garden, but weather was nice enough to use it. Breakfast also included, but it is served at a nearby small hotel, a few minutes walk away. I think both properties are under same ownership. There was a Czech restaurant at the small nearby hotel as well, but sad we did not have enough time to try it out. When booking, make sure to alert the owners if you are arriving late, since there is no central reception to these rooms you have to knock on the door of the main house in the courtyard to get your key. Very nice and accomodating host though. We were happy with our short stay.

This little hotel was a real find!
Spotlessly clean motel type rooms with a fridge, cutlery and crockery, a courtyard with tables for fine weather, a hairdryer and even a rubber duck in the shower.
A more that adequate breakfast in a nearby hotel (optional) and only 15 minutes from Dresden.
This is a great place to stay and much better value for money than a city centre hotel.
