Ramada Hotel Dresden

Unclear how they maintain 4 stars here. Currently, the previously mentioned deficiencies and shortcomings can only be confirmed; it apparently will not get better. However, it fits into the overall picture of the hotel and general gastronomy downward trend in Germany.

This 4 star hotel is located 4-5 kms away from that city centre but you can reach there by taking a bus for which the stop is near the entrance. We booked junior suite and myself being a tall person has to be careful as the walls are slanted at some places in the room. They have a restaurant but with limited seating. If you are fine with the distance this hotel is from the main city, this place is a good option.

The hotel is easily accessible by car, if you arrive by plane/train you need a taxi. Well located, quiet, very many parking spaces (chargeable) and an underground garage. Standard facilities, modern room, good Wi-Fi. Breakfast fresh, manageable (if necessary due to current renovation work). Dinner is served in the bar, very delicious, creative, small menu and friendly service. Price OK.
