West Hotel an der Sachsischen Weinstrasse

Nice hotel near Dresden. The hotel looks a bit older inside, but I didn't mind at all, as the room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was also sufficient, as everything you needed was there. A few minutes' walk away is Coswig, where there are restaurants and supermarkets. Radebeul itself has supermarkets etc., which can also be reached within 10 minutes' walk from the hotel. Dresden is also easy to reach by public transport. It would have been nice if you had been able to have something to drink there after 11 p.m., but the hotel bar is only open until 10 p.m. Otherwise, there are no other options on site. But it's perfectly adequate for a short stay. Tip from my father: The regional beer "Kötzsch" is highly recommended. This is available at the hotel bar.

This hotel is now called Hotel West and the new manager is really trying to make a go of the place. He and his staff are extremely helpful and friendly. If you require a reasonably priced hotel then definitely give this a try. The rooms are clean and new mattresses for all of the rooms were being delivered as we left!

Hi. I had a very good stay at this hotel. Internet working very good in the room, not just in reception area, very friendly and helpfull employees, cheap prices (49€ with breakfast in midle of july). Very good services.
