We had booked a family room for four people. According to the hotel's website, the bunk beds must indeed be made by the guests themselves. However, upon our arrival, neither bed linens nor towels were ready for all four booked people. We first had to pick up the bed linens at the reception. Also, towels were initially only available for two people; we were even asked to pay for additional towels. Only after we had presented our reservation confirmation for four people again were these handed to us free of charge. The room was also in a very unclean condition. The bathrooms smelled unpleasant. Despite showing photos and making our complaint, we were only offered to schedule the cleaning for the next day. We were not offered another room, even though there were still rooms available. The next day, the reported defects and the dirt had still not been removed. In addition, the advertised streaming service on the TV did not work. Upon our inquiry, we were told that the caretaker would not be back in the building until Monday and that we could watch on our phones instead. Overall, we had the impression that complaints were accepted but not seriously addressed. The lack of cleanliness, the poor service, and the handling of our legitimate complaints significantly affected our stay.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained. Wi-Fi and conference rooms allow for mobile work and events. The breakfast is always well-stocked and offers something for every taste.
