The reviews already say a lot about the situation: Tram outside the door and pub. Ask for a room "out the back." You heard some party anyway and the tram too. Rooms were clean, bathroom too. Shampoo and shower gel are available. Personally, the mattress was too hard for me, but that may be a matter of taste. Staff friendly, we were allowed to the rooms earlier. Room noisy, the couple next to us walking around and talking clearly heard. The connection to the restaurant is very convenient in the evening. Breakfast is also served in the restaurant. Connection to the city center via two tram lines and S-Bahn great. All in all: nothing special.

Despite eight weeks advance booking, the reservation is cancelled three days before arrival due to alleged overbooking. No Service/rebooking. No meaningful recommendation regarding nearby alternatives. The slogan "here hospitality is very important" seems like a bad joke. Unprofessional.

Sleepless nights in this hotel due to bad beds and loudness during nights. The hotel staff accuses you for defamation if you write a bad review about them in Google which just tells how much they care or are willing to improve. This alone should be a red flag to avoid the place.
