The hotel is clean, modern, comfortable - and fairly characterless. A generic no-frills chain hotel. But that's OK. The rooms are a decent size, the bed is large and comfortable, there's a small desk to work at, and the tiny bathroom has a good shower. The breakfast was good, and extensive. And the staff was mainly nice and helpful. And the location is fabulous, right in Zentrum, close to shops, restaurants, historic sites, etc. It gives exactly what you need - a comfortable and well-located place to stay, with no frills.
