The Dorint Parkhotel impresses with its location and the good service of the house. The view of the cathedral is already brilliant, both at breakfast from the conservatory , and in the evening on the illuminated cathedral. The food, both for breakfast, lunch and dinner is very rich and of very good quality - high praise. The provision during the seminar breaks also leaves nothing to be desired. Small minus point in the rooms - the bathtub is no longer contemporary! All in all I would give a very good for a 4 star house . Unfortunately, only that is excellent or well possible here, but for the review excellent is still something missing . I did not use the sauna area and cannot rate it.

A great disappointment! Not a 4 star hotel, very poor Service and poor facilities! Room only accessible by several stairs, without elevator. Very small bathroom. No air conditioning or ventilation. No coffee/tea maker in the room, no minibar, no mineral water in the room. No hotel bar available. No possibility to have a small meal, snack or a la carte dinner at the hotel. Very unfriendly staff at reception and ignorant. Parking fees much too high and parking in front of the hotel always full.

We had a newly renovated comfort room in the main house. In the hot temperatures, the air conditioning, small fridge and bottle of water were a blessing. The room was clean and provided everything we needed. We loved the selection at breakfast. The waiters and the reception staff were always friendly and helpful. The older man even had some “tips” for our excursions. The sauna overlooking the Albrechtsburg is also highly recommended. We had only a few guests in the sauna area, so we could relax well. We are already looking forward to the next holiday.
