This accommodation is very worn out. The rooms, the walls in the stairwell, the tables in the restaurant, everything is very worn. A 4-star hotel without air conditioning in the room is a no-go for me. The only plus point is the spacious parking lot at no cost. The breakfast was very good, in contrast to the house.

We had a mixed stay at this place. First of all, we would like to emphasize that our room was clean and pleasant, and the first impression of the hotel was quite positive. Unfortunately, on the second day we experienced a serious incident: In one of the provided towels we found faeces. This was, of course, totally unacceptable to us. However, the handling of the situation by staff was even more disappointing. There was no apology, but only attempts to explain and an effort to downplay the incident. We were told "it wouldn't be so bad," and responsibility was placed on the supplier of the towels. As we were very frustrated with the handling of this matter, we decided to cancel the stay early. On the positive side, we were reimbursed for the remaining accommodation costs without any problems. Nevertheless, the overall experience from the incident and the hotel's response was very disappointing. We hope the hotel will learn from this situation and deal with such problems more professionally in the future. --- English version: We had a mixed experience at this hotel. Double-bed room was large with basic amenities, but nice triple curtains (one fully blocking the light). Quality bathroom with a quite tight bathtube though (uncomfortable). Average continental breakfast, uninspiring. Room soundproofing was good but not excellent. Service a bit slow but polite and smiling. Wifi was reliable but quite slow (100kB/s). Large stairs doubled-up by elevator. Exterior parking and underground parking (free). No gym or pool, websites reference sports complex a couple minutes away by foot. 10-15min by foot from city center and restaurants.
