Friendly, helpful staff

The hotel is actually very well located right by the train station. What I did not like at all, however, was that the cleaning lady knocked at 9:00 AM and wanted to clean the room. I then told her that I would still be there until twelve, since it is not until twelve. The latest checkout is just before 11:00 AM, and then she came again. She knocked and immediately used the key card and opened the door. I really have a lot of understanding, but definitely not for that. What would have happened if I had just been in the shower? She then said, "Oh, you are still here," and I said, "Yes, until twelve at the latest." After that, she left. As I said, I have a lot of understanding, but definitely not for that, and therefore I will unfortunately not visit your hotel again. The breakfast was very good and your staff at the reception was also very friendly.

I stayed here 1 night with the kids. Very nice service, very nice with drinking machine and glasses next door. Good bed was there too, plus that the bed for the boy of 2 years was ready But miss the air conditioning and cleaning in the ventilation canal, both living room and bathroom. Was 34 degrees out and sweat in the night, not light and sleep without AC Otherwise it would have become another star.
