The first impression thrilled us. A chic new building with a spacious, light-flooded room. However, some details were sobering. The bathroom: very small shower with a curtain that has probably already stuck to the backsides of previous guests. (If the bathroom door were replaced with an opaque glass door, it could be used as a shower door) Not even the shower fitting was installed flush-mounted. If you turn around in the shower, you inevitably adjust the mixer lever. The water-saving button on the cistern no longer works. The drain pipes are uninsulated, even though that was already standard when the building was constructed from the outside. A missing blackout curtain in the sleeping area, room 203 was not replaced. The breakfast is excellent! The hotelier can be proud of his staff. Welcome to the tourist hotspot Timmendorfer Strand.

Great location among tall pines in immediate proximity to the beach and center. Architecturally pretty ensemble, although a bit dark and dated in the restaurant area. Friendly staff. Room in the annex diagonally opposite modern and comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant, despite friendly service, not recommended. Food composition, preparation, and taste were more than borderline and not appropriate for the price.

I have been a guest in this house for many years and have never been disappointed. The service is excellent. The rooms in the annex are large and very clean. Also my dogs are always welcome. I'm looking forward to next time.
