The premium room (304) was very large and spacious. It features a large bed, two armchairs with a small table, and a desk with outlets and a lamp. Particularly noteworthy is the great view from the balcony of the Lübeck Bay. The bathroom had also been renovated.
Unfortunately, there are some areas that need improvement: The bathroom mirror is inadequately lit, and a magnifying mirror is also missing. Additionally, the area in front of the wardrobe is quite dark and poorly lit. In the very large shower, there is also a lack of a shelf for shower gel and other toiletries – there would definitely be enough space for that. The bathroom door was significantly damaged on the inside; this still requires rectification.
The condition of the toilet brush is similarly concerning!
As mentioned in other reviews, the pillows are truly a disaster. I have rarely slept on such uncomfortable pillows in a hotel. Unfortunately, this was clearly noticeable the next morning – my neck did not thank me for it.
A refrigerator is unfortunately also missing. Additionally, the promised bathrobes were not available. Having to pick these up at the partner hotel and bring them myself is not very comfortable for a hotel stay.
The balcony is attractively designed with wood and equipped with a seating area including a table. The appropriate seat cushions for the armchairs are located in the room.
UNFORTUNATELY, the coffee machine was defective on five out of seven days, an absolute NO-GO. Although a service technician was on-site once, it apparently did not provide a permanent solution. I particularly felt sorry for the staff, who constantly had to apologize to the guests.
The breakfast buffet itself was plentiful and offered a good selection. However, we noticed during both stays that the vegetables often appeared dried out, as if they had been prepared the night before. As a result, the freshness factor was unfortunately lacking. Additionally, there was no orange juice for four days, only a very sweet substitute drink that was hardly drinkable for my personal taste.
We also found it somewhat disappointing that croissants, rolls, or sweet bread ran out multiple times. Especially in a hotel of this category, there should always be sufficient replenishment available at breakfast. The service staff was often very affected by this themselves – the employees on site certainly cannot be blamed for it.
The tables could be cleaned more thoroughly overall. Often, there were still "remnants" of previous guests as well as glass and cup rings on the tabletops. The radiators at the window front still had the same splashes and stains as during our stay in October.
Additionally, the chairs were often not cleared of breakfast crumbs left by the previous guests. In general, the upholstered chairs could benefit from a thorough cleaning and stain removal. One inevitably wonders how it looks in the long-pile carpets under the tables.
Overall, the breakfast room is very tastefully decorated and furnished.
Check-in is at the partner hotel, which is known in advance; therefore, one should not give a bad review here, as some do. The lady at the reception was not really friendly, while another one who joined was all the more so.
The staff in the breakfast room was always very attentive and friendly, often asking if everything was okay. Unfortunately, one employee stood out due to his dirty polo shirt, which was also hanging out of his pants in the back, and this happened on several days.
Check-in takes place at the partner hotel – this has been clearly communicated in advance, so I cannot fully understand the somewhat very negative reviews about it. Unfortunately, the first lady at the reception did not seem particularly friendly; however, a colleague who joined later was much warmer and more engaged.
The staff in the breakfast room, on the other hand, was consistently very attentive and friendly, regularly checking if everything was alright. One employee, however, repeatedly stood out due to an unkempt appearance: His polo shirt looked dirty and was also hanging out from the back of his pants.
The hotel is located directly on Beach Street and is very easy to find. Unfortunately, I cannot say anything about public transportation, as we arrived by car.
It is definitely advisable to reserve a parking space at the hotel. The cost is currently 12 euros per day. However, the parking spaces are very tight. Anyone arriving with a larger vehicle should perhaps consider using a public parking lot nearby, as maneuvering in the hotel parking lot can be quite difficult.

Nice hotel right on the beach promenade.
Very clean, large breakfast buffet.
The staff in the service were very attentive.
Check-in must be done 150 meters away at the partner hotel. Unfortunately, we had to provide the data again despite pre-check-in.
There are 2 charging stations at the hotel, which are unfortunately operated by a third party and not by the hotel. Our charging cards did not work, and we could only charge the car on the go.
The parking spaces are tight, and parking with today's large cars is somewhat challenging.
Drinks are available from a vending machine; an open bar in the evening would have been nice.
All in all, it is a recommendable hotel; we felt very comfortable.

Perfect location, right by the Baltic Sea :)
We felt very comfortable.
Our room was good, rather somewhat old-fashioned. However, the newly renovated rooms were already booked. Nevertheless, we had a very nice time there. We plan to come back. The hotel itself seems to be gradually modernized. The large sister hotel offers massages and more.
We really liked the maritime breakfast room along with the breakfast.
The sauna is rather functional, but practical if you do not want to go to the Baltic Sea spa.
