Airport Hotel Erfurt

Stayed in the Erfurt Airport Hotel for three nights, small hotel very comfortable adjacent to the airport with tram line outside front door 6.5km to Centre of Erfurt City. English speaking staff, good evening menu with excellent breakfast buffet menu. Rooms very spacious and quiet. Adequate parking facilities with local grocery shopping very close.

After this experience i did start thinking about change my job... i should sell water in germany. never in my life i did pay 4,50 € for a water this is a scandal. the prices of other things are not coerent with the price of the water... a plate of pasta should not cost 13 € if the water costs 4,50 €

Conveniently located near airport and highway. Surprisingly quiet regarding the location but on second thought it is not a frequent airport. The staff is friendly and rooms are clean. Maybe in need of updating furniture (especially door locks for rooms). Morning buffet breakfast has nice selection of cold and hot foods and nice selection of fruits. It's an excellent choice for busy business traveler since they offer free wifi all over the building. Besides all the price is acceptable.
