Hotel Thuringer Hof

We're there 2 to 3 times a year. Breakfast very good. A great selection for breakfast. Great big rooms, everything available e.g. fridge, microwave, water cooker. Friendly Service. We would definitely come back.

At first the location is very good, in only 2-3min walk you are right at the train station Jena-West. The staff (which you only get to know the morning after) seemed friendly. The breakfast was good and the room furniture a bit more modern than I originally thought. The mattress was very comfortable. The hotel is very noisy. Unfortunately, no one was on site from 11am to 3pm. You have to go through a self-check-in, unfortunately I only got the access code for the building and room one day before arrival by contacting me. In addition, was a bit confusing, as there was a note on the room table that the room would not be cleaned at the moment in case you should also need towels or toilet paper. In the bathroom, however, everything was there and I have noticed how other rooms were cleaned, for example. Overall therefore recommended.

Hotel near the train station recommended for city trip, hiking, art and culture.Easy ,clean and good Customer-oriented and friendly ,we visited the Thuringian Christmas markets...also tasty Thuringian gastronomy enjoyed trips with local transport to Erfurt Gotha Weimar and and possible.Parking available
