We stayed 3 days in this hotel and felt very comfortable. The reception was warm. There are several accommodation options. There are rooms in the hotel, next door to Indian "Old Mill" and a modern guest house. We stayed in the guest house. The apartment was large, with kitchen and large bathroom .All very well decorated. We would be welcomed with a bottle of sparkling wine and a large fruit plate. The breakfast in the hotel was very good and sufficient. The dinner was very delicious, good Thuringian cuisine.A big praise to the chef!!! .

A very cozy old house, neatly renovated but so that it fits the historic exterior, with all amenities. Also the restaurant is very cozy and the food good. The staff is very friendly. Parking is also available.

Hello and Hello, I was in September 2024 with my family for lunch at the restaurant this Hotels. The years before we were often guests of these hotels and were always very satisfied. What happened now? We will definitely not use this facility anymore. I felt extremely offended with my family. The food was horrible and not agreed with these prices, which have remained good.We have we were already surprised.as it was so empty on Sunday at noon? Now we know, other guests also noticed this that the level has dropped very sharply. It starts with the service and stops with the food.I had game, the meat was drained, tasteless. The sauce matched, bright and without taste.I was used to other things. The schnitzel ,ghastly. The cook, if it was one, is pathetic. In short, the bill made us angry. En prouder despite grotto-bad food. This place is avoided by us,due to the emptiness in the restaurant is now also clear to us,other guests had probably noticed this before us, too bad. So far the cuisine has been excellent, but now...... A disappointed guest I
