Comfort Hotel Weimar

As a frequent traveller, I have stayed in numerous hotels around the world and have experienced a wide range of service standards. Unfortunately, this property does not meet the level of quality I would expect from a four-star hotel, either in terms of service or accommodation. Upon arrival, I was allocated a room that was not properly maintained, with a hole in the wall and visibly unclean bedding, which was extremely disappointing. In addition, the hotel's website advertises a 24-hour service; however, in practice, services appear to be available only until 11:00 p.m. Guests are also required to notify the hotel in advance of their breakfast time, which was not clearly communicated prior to arrival. Overall, the experience did not reflect the standards or expectations associated with a four-star property.

Here is the hotel where everything has stood still since it was built, the place is worn down, there is no shower, there are no sockets, so you can leave your things, there is a socket where there is an extender with 3 sockets. Everything is in German, and neither does the staff speak English. The breakfast and the cute ladies like kidding it, is the only thing that pulls up. Too expensive and bad for the price

Given the price paid, the value was unbeatable. Yes, the property is not the newest, but it is clean and well maintained. Furniture somewhat worn but functional. The comfortable bed which had a quality mattress was a pleasant surprise. Balcony had a nice view. Of course, there is room for improvement, but at 63EUR including breakfast, it was beyond my expectations.
