The staff were always helpful and friendly and the location perfect for getting to the Acropolis, and other must see locations such as the Parliament building, but quaint too with lots of great restaurants. Our room was clean and spacious, with 2 balconies, a good size fridge and comfy bed and the roof terrace is fabulous.

Extremely disappointing experience and complete lack of professionalism. On arrival there was no one for reception and we had to contact ourselves to be served. Basic items such as towels were only given upon phone reminder. The bathroom was very small and in poor condition, with visible signs of dirt and mold on the curtain. Only one half-finished roll of health paper was provided. There is virtually no parking space and access is very narrow and problematic. The layer was extremely uncomfortable, while the Wi-Fi, although mentioned, was not working. In case of early departure, the stop changes noticeably and 80% of the amount is requested, despite the fact that the reservation was made off-platform. Noteworthy that the accommodation was not complete. Overall, an experience that does not meet basic hospitality standards. I don't recommend it.

We were a family of four adults with a small child. Being first-time visitors, we wanted to avoid transportation with child to the major sites. This hotel is located at a central accessible location in Plaka that provided walkable distance to Acropolis, National Gardens, Monstariki flea market, Zeus temple, Hadrian arch. The best feature - supportive staff. The areas of improvement- breakfast spread. Could do with serving variety in egg servings and hot croissants. Otherwise I would have rated five.
