After booking, you are informed that access to the pool and spa is for a fee: €30 for 90 minutes, even though nothing was indicated at the time of booking. I find this practice misleading and unacceptable. I am currently trying to get a free cancellation of my reservation. To be continued...

Whilst I thought we had a great experience at this hotel, it turns out that a pair of AirPods had been taken out of our room which we only realised after we had checked out the hotel and went to use these at our next destination. We have been able to track these AirPods which have been making trips to the hotel and then to a different location(assuming this will be the persons home). We have contacted the a hotel with no reply so have had no choice but to post this review. This is a shame as the hotel itself was beautiful however clearly there is a staff member who cannot be trusted.

This is a really beautiful hotel and it’s in a great location close to everything you need and want to see. I was really impressed with how clean the hotel is kept, I didn’t notice a thing out of place, it was lovely. The breakfast and food served at the hotel bar were amazing. The staff were the highlight of the stay here. They were all so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make your stay perfect. One staff member noticed we had been waiting outside for a while waiting on our transfer to leave and he came out and asked if we needed help and he called the transfer company himself to get an update. They all deserve so much praise for how brilliant they are. Would highly recommend this hotel, I loved my stay!
