Our stay was absolutely terrible. The family bungalow with private pool was in very poor condition, with many things broken. The wooden deck around the swimming pool was full of splinters, and some of the deck boards were sticking up, making it extremely dangerous, especially for children.
When we arrived, we were first given a room with a broken air conditioner. After complaining, we were moved to another room that was infested with well over 100 mosquitoes. Everyone in our family was covered in mosquito bites. The staff neither helped nor seemed interested in resolving the situation. The room was so dirty!
The breakfast was inedible. Plates and glasses were dirty, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. The staff were unfriendly throughout our stay.
We also experienced serious payment issues at the restaurant. Our credit card was charged twice for the same meal. According to our credit card provider, two separate charges were processed, while the restaurant insists they only charged us once. This dispute has still not been resolved and only added to the frustration of an already terrible stay.
Overall, our stay was absolute terrible from start to finish. Everything about this hotel was very bad—from the rooms and hygiene to the staff and payment issues. We would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
