Phidias Hotel

What are nice hotel, I loved the location walking distance from all the stores and restaurants. Beautiful view of the acropolis. The woman. in the reception was very friendly and nice. Even the gord that was in the hotel after 10pm was very nice. I took the room in the basement without a window, that was perfect for the 1 night that I stayed there, it was clean and very comfortable . Thank you so much, next time I will stay for longer

Terrible Customer Service! I have never experienced such unresponsive and careless service in my life like this! We accidentally booked for June instead of July and immediately upon realization (5 minutes into booking) we requested them to modify the dates as they had available rooms. We even called them about the request then and there and they said they cannot do anything regarding bookings after 3 PM. The next day when we called, they told us to contact another party through which we had booked and upon contacting them, they finally responded saying we'll get back to you soon about your request then never reached out or approved or denied our request! Absolutely careless, frustrating and HORRID customer service!

I visited Athens for a business purpose under short notice and this was the weekend of the Euroleague final four and Iron Maiden concert thus all the hotels in the centre of Athens were fully booked. This was the only available hotel that offer us a room thus we had no other option than to book. Location is very good as you are between Psiri, Monastiraki and Thisio but the hotel need renovation. There are walls in the hotel that are destroyed and need to be painted and the roof of the room was full of Humidity. Safety box in the room was not nailed in the wall so was not safe to store money or passport.
