Stanley Hotel

Family room with Acropolis view was a good choice. Bar and pool on the rooftop is a good place to relax. Subway at the corner. Extensive and delicious breakfastt. Free minibar.

Rooms was not that good, nice pool !

We loved our stay at the Stanley hotel , although we booked a standard room and there was three of us , so it was a little tight when we three women were getting ready , if you are happy to pay more you can obviously have a bigger room . The roof pool was as amazing as it looks on the hotels pictures , we spent a few hours there daily , we also ended most evenings with a drink at the roof top bar and restaurant. The daily house cleaning was impeccable with refreshments replenished daily , very modern bathroom with monsoon shower and plenty of hot water . The area is not pretty but not unsafe and the metro is right outside , or uber if you d rather not walk . We walked even around midnight with no issue , it’s about 15 minutes before you end up in Pyrissi . Some good restaurants nearby , across the road if you are tired from a day trip or of coarse the rooftop restaurant. There is a very reasonable priced cafe just outside the hotel for a grab and dash breakfast. We also used this daily . This hotel is a very good price for the amenities it has to offer and should it be in a different area of Athens I imagine it would be twice the price , So enjoy this hotel , I would stay here again without a doubt .
