Nissia Traditional Residencies

We were picked up from the ferry and driven to the hotel that wasn’t far. Greeted by Christopher and shown to our lovely studio apartment. Very large room with a fireplace and a large sofa. Great size kitchen with full size fridge/ freezer. Would be nice to have ice cube tray. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. Great balcony. Best breakfast! Fantastic bread and huge selection of fruits, great coffee and chat with Demetrius. Loved the beautiful pool snd many sun beds, it was very quiet and always plenty of space. Some lovely places to eat and drink nearby.

BEWARE! This hotel is not accommodating and they have been rude in communications. They could not accommodate our accessibility request. Moreover, the hotel charged me the full amount of the reservation when I canceled 4 days ahead of time and they took my 650 euro deposit as well. Their stated policy for 4 days does not mention the forfeiture of the deposit and indicates between one night or 50% deposit. They did not respond to my email asking about this and just sent me an invoice for the full amount plus forfeiture of the deposit. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company. I have a lot of family in Spetses and they indicate that the owners of this establishment are not considerate of their guests. I advise you to stay elsewhere. The owners’ greed will always outweigh any consideration of their guests.

An outstanding hotel, less than ten minutes walk from the harbour. This hotel offers a five star accommodation, with excellent service, high end spacious rooms with beautiful balconies overlooking a garden oasis. The smell of flowers and in particular jasmine follows you everywhere. The view of the sea from the terrace where we took breakfast is breathtaking. The staff is polite, friendly and very helpful. We have been there before and we are looking forward to our next visit in September.
