This hotel simply does not deserve its reputation. From the moment we arrived, we felt like just another number rather than valued guests. The staff seemed uninterested, unhelpful, and lacked the professionalism you would expect from a five-star resort.
The rooms looked far better in the promotional photos than they do in reality, and the overall maintenance and cleanliness were far below the standard of a luxury hotel.
The food was mediocre at best—often lukewarm, repetitive, and lacking both quality and variety. It is unbelievable that a hotel charging premium prices still asks guests to pay extra for services and amenities that should be included.
Overall, the hotel creates the illusion of luxury through its marketing, but the actual experience is deeply disappointing. The value for money is terrible, and there are many better hotels in Halkidiki offering a far superior experience for the same price.
I would not return, and I certainly would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a genuine five-star holiday.
