This hotel is marketed as a 5-star hotel, but the reality is quite different. Standardly it is at max 3 stars, and then I am generous. The rooms are worn out, I requested the rooms that are in the pictures but these were talked away, the service is disengaged, the food is mediocre and the whole experience feels like a cheap budget hotel trying to play luxury.
The most misleading is their so-called “all inclusive”.
In practice, it is not all inclusive.
Drinks cost extra for activities.
Billiards, padel and other activities cost extra.
The hotel charges for almost everything, even though it has already paid for all inclusive.
It is even unacceptable that a hotel claiming to be a 5-star nickel-and-dime its guests in this way. We travelled as 2 adults and 4 children, paid a high price and got an experience that is not even close to what is promised.
This is without a doubt the worst hotel we have stayed in.
Misleading marketing, low standards, poor service and an all inclusive that is anything but all inclusive. We are extremely disappointed and would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
