Lagomandra

First we booked and paid for the family room, according to the website it is a room of 30sqm and divided by a door, and we were given a room of 15-17sqm for a family of four,just a room with one bed and one sliding bed, tried at the reception to discuss that it is not normal and we booked a completely different room,the children to us are already big and we and the children need space and especially we paid already for it, we were answered very rudely and aggressively, told to deal with your agency. At all attempts, they replied that they were not interested and the hotel was already full. I'll fix the photos later.

For the second year in a row, we chose Lagomandra and once again it exceeded all our expectations. Last year we stayed at Lagomandra Spa & Suites, and this year at Lagomandra Beach Hotel. Both experiences were outstanding. Traveling with two children (13 and 2.5 years old), we truly appreciate a hotel that combines comfort, quality, and genuine hospitality, and Lagomandra does exactly that. The rooms were excellent, the cleanliness impeccable, and the entire property is beautifully maintained. The food deserves special praise – delicious, fresh, and with great variety every day. The beach is wonderful, family-friendly, and one of the reasons we keep coming back. What makes the biggest difference, however, is the staff. Everyone was kind, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade for the second consecutive year. Last year we received a beautiful two-level accommodation, and this year our Deluxe Family Room was upgraded to an amazing Deluxe Junior Suite in the newer section of the hotel. These gestures are never expected, but they are certainly appreciated and remembered. Thank you to the entire Lagomandra team for another unforgettable holiday. We are already looking forward to returning next year. Of course, we won't expect another upgrade next year either... but if by any chance a suite with a private pool becomes available, we can assure you that we would gladly accept it with a smile! 😊 Until then, we are simply looking forward to returning and enjoying the same outstanding hospitality that keeps bringing us back to Lagomandra year after year. Highly recommended to families and anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Sithonia.

Incredible Hospitality! Although this hotel is rated 4 stars and we did not have particularly high expectations, it pleasantly surprised us and gave us a wonderful holiday experience. Our son is autistic, and even before arriving at the hotel, we requested a reserved table for breakfast and dinner in the same location every day, away from the busiest areas and crowds. Despite the hotel being fully booked, the restaurant manager, an exceptionally kind and caring person, reserved the same table for us every day. This helped our little boy remain calm and comfortable while we enjoyed our meals. We stayed in the first Lagomandra hotel building, right next to the beach. The beach is spacious, with sunbeds and plenty of natural shade, so there is something for everyone—whether you enjoy sunbathing or prefer shade and a cooler spot to relax. The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day, and the towels are changed daily. Based on our experiences over the past few years since COVID, and comparing this hotel with other 5-star hotels we have stayed at, such as Porto Lithos, Porto Carras Meliton, and Simantro Resort, we believe this hotel deserves the highest rating and has provided us with our best holiday so far, especially considering the needs of our autistic child. The food is always fresh. Every day there are freshly baked pastries, pizzas, pies, and other options that children especially enjoy. If you prefer a wider variety of Mediterranean seafood dishes, the selection may not be as extensive as at Porto Carras or Porto Lithos. However, there is fresh fish, chicken, pork, gyros, and other quality dishes available every day, without trying to impress with unnecessary extravagance. The cakes and desserts were absolutely delicious. Overall, the beach, the room, the food, the cleanliness, and the service were all exceptional. Everything was at the highest level. In our opinion, this hotel truly deserves 5 stars.
