Luxury at very affordable prices. Gentle staff, clean room. Air conditioning that worked excellent. So we had nice warm while outside the temperature was at -2oC. Very good breakfast, with variety and plenty of food. That we needed for a two-day stay in Ioannina.

From the first moment we entered the hotel we felt the hospitality. The girl who worked at the reception, Dimitra, with her warm smile welcomed us to the hotel. Clean rooms, delicious breakfast and happy staff. This particular hotel is one of the best of its kind.

The worst we have seen!!!!! It's very dirty, it's old with broken and scratched furniture, it doesn't catch the Wi-Fi but neither does the mobile signal, just like on the TV it only catches 2 channels and the ones with snow! The rooms are carpeted, the heating but also the cooling does not work and the pillows and mattresses are like sleeping on straw. The sockets do not work and some lights in the rooms do not turn on. The lights in the corridors are also not working. Of course there is no soundproofing, even the conversations of the surrounding rooms can be heard!!!!!
