Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki

Our first time at this hotel and we're already planning our next visit. Excellent service throughout, stunning breakfast buffet.

We had one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. The service was truly professional and er would especially like to thank the restaurant manager. I believe his name was Gregores. He embodies genuine hospitality and made us feel incredible welcome from moment we arrived. Thanks to his recommendation in wines, his knowledge, attention to detail and warm attitude. Congratulations on your professionalism and on having such an outstanding member of your team as Hyatt should. We have recently moved to Thessaloniki and this restaurant will be definitely be our first choice from now on.

This is NO way a 5 star hotel, very expensive for what it is. Yes the foyer looks great but past this it falls apart. Room - no light switch when entering, plug in sink doesn't work, air conditioning below parr, no complimentary snacks, infact, no snacks! room tidy - didn't do much, we did a better job of making the bed and only changing 1 towel when 2 people in the room??, Pool didn't open till 10.22, should have been 10am, broken grid in pool, glasses around from night before, seeds from trees not swept away. Bar snack took 33 mins to arrive, evening meal very expensive for what it was, breakfast - pasteurized orange juice, hot dogs passed off as chicken sausages. We stayed in 2, 4 star hotels on this trip that surpassed the Hyatt in every way. We were bitterly disappointed at what should have been an amazing experience at the end of our trip.
