Sun Beach Hotel & Conference Centre

From arrival to departure, everything worked wonderfully. I would especially like to highlight the staff, from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant staff, especially Alexandra from the restaurant; everyone is very friendly, helpful, and you don't need to be shy about asking questions. Since I traveled alone, I felt even better taken care of! Thank you very much for that. The hotel and the room were as described and clean. Food (breakfast and dinner) was very delicious and there is something for everyone. A big plus is also a free carafe of water at dinner. I would book this hotel again at any time, especially as a solo traveler. Beach and promenade nearby, supermarket, everything within walking distance, also a bus stop almost right in front of the door. In general, the people there are simply pleasant and I have taken this place very much to my heart and can warmly recommend everything! Since I am mostly a person who seeks peace and quiet, I personally would not travel there during the high season; arriving at the beginning of July was very relaxed, towards the end it naturally became fuller, but that is how it should be :)

The hotel is run down and old. Its also in middle of nowhere. Room is smelly( carpets) and very basic. Breakfast is OK.

I had a 9-night paid stay at this hotel. I chose it based on the presentation, number of stars, etc. Unfortunately, not everything written about it is true. The rooms are outdated, with old furniture, old air conditioning system, through common pipes, which made an infernal noise and smelled, fogged curtains, old and dirty carpet, old bathroom, with bathtub and shower curtain, antique hair dryer, bathroom window without handle, large terrace, with side view of the sea, but dirty. You couldn't walk barefoot either in the room or on the terrace. In 9 nights they never changed the linen and changed the towels twice, even though I tipped the maid on the first day. I bought hygiene product and disinfected the bathroom, toilet and sink. They have a beach, which is not arranged and is full of garbage. The road to this beach is filthy, full of garbage and abandoned buildings. For the beach we went elsewhere where we paid minimal consumption. The pool and pool terrace are impeccable. Parking on an empty lot, near the hotel or on the street, in the vicinity. Breakfast, buffet, modest and the same in all 9 days. For those who want a 4-star hotel, I do not recommend it. Maximum 2 stars.
