The hotel is a little secluded in a quiet neighborhood. There is not much to do in the area. The beach can be reached after about fifteen minutes of walking. A bus stop to Chania a 5-minute walk away. The hotel consists of bungalows set in a beautiful garden. There are two swimming pools and two children's pools. There is also a small shop. A second part of the hotel is located across the street. There are, outside a number of rooms, another swimming pool, conference room and spa. There is ample parking at the front and rear of the hotel. The reception is beautiful. Next to it are the lockers for the luggage (with combination lock). Personally, I think it's kind of small. A large suitcase cannot be put in, but for important luggage they are very handy. You can safely store them there. The hotel is wheelchair accessible, but for people with difficulty walking it is not recommended, given the slopes. Sun loungers are more than sufficient, but there could have been a few more umbrellas. At the main pool there is entertainment, but that is very limited, even in the evenings. At the second, somewhat quieter pool, "muzak" is played in the background from 10.30am. At all swimming pools you can take your own drinks from the vending machines. The quality is good. All cocktails must be asked by the bartender or woman and come from a mixing machine. I didn't think it was that special. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is spacious, but sometimes you have to wait a bit for a place you are designated. I didn't like the restaurant that much. Everyone was getting mixed up there. It had something of a refectory. The choice of meals was wide. The food was certainly not bad, but in found it rather common. The desserts were almost always the same. You couldn't get an ice cream there. You had to go to the bar for that. Dress codes for the restaurant are not in place. Almost everyone walked there in shorts and slippers. The room door has yet to be opened with a key. An electronic lock would be more convenient. Our room was spacious and with good working air conditioning. There was also a free safe with a combination lock, but I have seen that there were people who had a safe with a key. There is little storage space for clothes. The bathroom was spacious. Towels are changed daily. The beds were good. Every day, except Sunday, the room is cleaned. Finally: one can rent a car at the reception at a favorable price and very good conditions. Is this hotel recommended? Sure, but not for people who like a lot of animation and want to stroll around shops and the beach. It's more for people who like a casual atmosphere.

Great, everything was amazing. Had high expectations but they were exceeded.
Great food, good variety and great salad. Always a lot you want.
Lives some cats on the area that looks like they are having a good time and might want some leftovers from your lunch.
Lovely pool area, there was always some place to lay down, was no hot dibs.
No kettle in the room but we only got that we told, we even got an extra key.
Great room service, they even cleaned and folded our clothes and put them in a neat pile. Above expectations. The staff looks good, they smile and joke a little among themselves and seem to enjoy themselves - it gives a great atmosphere.
You get a lot in the bar for all inclusive, but despite that it was not a brute drunk I encountered.
Perfectly OK gym, but if you lift heavy, it might be to max out all the weights they have.
They had arranged for World Cup viewing in the conference room for matches that went by in "reasonable times."
We arranged for late checkout but everything is fine with lockers and shower / toilet room etc if you check out and stay a few hours at the hotel.
The only minus I can think of is that it is not so good coffee, unfortunately a little sloppy even though you take espresso. But I think it's just a different coffee culture.
