Our stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. Everything was perfectly organized, the rooms were always clean and comfortable. and the entire hotel had a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Every member of the staff was polite, attentive, and genuinely cared about making guests feel comfortable. A very special thank you goes to Xenofon, who truly made our holiday even more eniovable. He was without a doubt the most outstanding waiter and bartender we met during our stay. His warm personality professionalism, and constant smile made every visit to the bar and restaurant a pleasure. He always took the time to make us feel welcome, offered excellent drink recommendations, anc provided exceptional service every single day. His dedication and positive attitude are exactly what outstanding hospitality should look like. We are already lookina forward to returning to this hotel in the future, and we sincerely hope to meet Xenofon again. Employees like him are a true asset to the hotel and deserve special recognition for their hard work and commitment. We highly recommend this hote to anyone looking for excellent service, wonderful staff, and a memorable vacation experience.

The location is the only reason I’d give this hotel any credit. It’s right on the beachfront and within walking distance of plenty of bars, restaurants and shops, with some lovely nearby traditional towns to visit. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a big disappointment. The food had very little variety, the snack bar was mainly breakfast leftovers, the coffee was awful and there was no fresh breakfast juices which I have never not had in a 4 star hotel, and most cocktails weren’t even included in the all-inclusive package. The biggest surprise was being asked to pay a €200 cash deposit because we were under the age of 27 and assumed to be partying and damaging the room, even though any aged person can get drunk and cause damage? (I'm 25 & partner 26, with no intention's of partying). We’d never come across this before, and it defeated the purpose of bringing spending money for our holiday. The reception staff were very rude about this and demanded we took money out from the cash machine and it would be given back the day we leave. The hotel was also extremely overcrowded. If you wanted a sunbed, you had to be up at 4–5am to reserve one. This just ruins the idea of a relaxing holiday. Our first day we were without a sunbed after a very early morning arrival to the hotel, we were very tired and upset to see no beds available and people reserving them and never returning. The hotel itself was nice looking and traditional but not the cleanest. Our room was spacious and quiet. To top it off, the reception staff were rude and unwelcoming, even when we arrived. The bottom pool bar man was also rude, my partner was told he could not have more than 2 drinks at a time! Overall, despite the excellent location, the poor service, overcrowding and disappointing all-inclusive experience mean we wouldn’t return or recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the Silva Beach Hotel and this experience was a real disappointment. Upon our arrival, the room assigned did not correspond at all to the one we had booked. We had paid for a room with a balcony and a view of the garden or the pool. Throughout our entire stay, we never got that room. We therefore paid for a service that we never received. The worst part remains the security issue: during the first 48 hours, our room door did not lock properly and could be opened from the outside. We immediately reported the problem to the front desk. The response? “We are already aware of it.” No immediate solution, no room change. We therefore left our personal belongings in a room that anyone could open. The condition of the room was also very disappointing: very damaged floor, aging shower, degraded finishes, signs of dampness... Nothing like the photos or the advertised standard. Upon our arrival, we also had the unpleasant surprise of having to pay a €200 deposit (since we are under 27 years old). Regarding the dining, it was also very disappointing. Every day, we had to wait in a long line to access the restaurant, then discover a buffet with very little choice, repetitive and far from the level expected for a 4-star hotel. And to top it all off, on the day of departure, even though the room was supposed to be vacated by 12:00 PM, the cleaning staff started pressuring us to leave as early as 9:00 AM. They entered our room several times without waiting, and one of them even walked in while I was changing. A total lack of respect for the guests' privacy. We paid nearly €3,900 for this stay and we are leaving with the feeling of having been deceived regarding the services sold. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. There are many establishments that are much better maintained and offer much more professional service for this budget. Avoid it if you are looking for a relaxing vacation and services that match what you booked.
