Ariadne Beach

Air conditioning, only works at half power, food was not worthy of 4 stars and also far too hot in the restaurant, but the worst vanal, What really is money knocking, paying for sunbeds and umbrella every day at the pool, even if you do not want to swim and lie on a sunbed until after 17 hours.

Everything was actually okay, but the dining room is limited in size at the buffet. It was surprising that one had to pay for the loungers in the hotel area - this is common at the beach... Otherwise, I must emphasize the friendliness of the staff!!

Absolutely recommendable – 5 stars and a huge compliment to the angel, Ms. Soj! We had a fantastic stay at the Ariadne Beach Hotel in Malia and are happy to give the full 5 stars from the heart! A very special, huge compliment goes to the entire staff, but especially to the good angel at the reception: Ms. Soj! She brought a smile to our faces every day with her warm, helpful, and incredibly friendly nature. One feels completely welcome and well taken care of by her from the very first second. The rest of the team – whether in service or cleaning – was consistently attentive and accommodating. This outstanding service, characterized by Ms. Soj, made our vacation perfect. The hotel itself, the great location, and the ambiance completely convinced us. We will definitely be back with pleasure! Many thanks to the entire team, especially to Ms. Soj!
