Bellagio Luxury Boutique Hotel

We booked and pre-paid our stay at the hotel and it was closed when we arrive at 5pm in the afternoon and no answers to our calls and messages for 3 hours. We even asked the next door restaurant to call the owner, without success. It was late and we had to find another hotel quickly. Terrible experience! If you can find something else do it.

Humidity. Plasters are falling. Very dirty bathtub. Faucets full of salts. Uncomfortable and hard mattress. The stairs stank of cigarettes. And all this for 100 euros a night. The only thing to thank was the girl at the reception.

In the center of the old town, clean and beautiful rooms! Nice breakfast, you can ask for eggs to be made the way you want them, at no extra charge, and of course coffee of your choice at no extra charge, in other hotels we stayed at these were charged. People very friendly and helpful! We only have the best to remember and we would definitely like to go again!
