Dedalos Beach Hotel

Nice family-run hotel at the beach. If you want quite holidays without noise and loud music, then this is the right place. Bus station to/from Rhetymno is 250 m from the hotel. You can find the link of the bus schedule at the reception. Supermarket is 200 m from the hotel. Sandy beach is beatiful, but with payment of the sunbeds despite the fact that this is the private beach of the hotel. Ok I can understand the sunbed charges but it would be nice to get a small bottle of water included in the price. Nice beach bar. Swimming pool is small but nice and no sunbeds are arround it. Breakfast and dinner are Ok ,but it would be good to have more variety. Room was comfortable and with big bathroom and bathtub. Pretty and huge terrace with sitting area. Beds are too hard. Staff is very polite and helpful. Cleaning service every day. There are only 3 international channels, everything else is in Greece. Would be nice to have more international channels. There is also next to the bus station an agency where you could book excursions.

Very nice hotel, great pool and the direct access to the sea is beautiful, including the beach bar where there are delicious drinks, food, ice cream and excellent coffee! The staff is extremely friendly and very warm! The rooms are simple, but absolutely sufficient. Just in the local style of the country! I will come back!

We spent 3 nights in a basement room. Supposedly a view of the garden, but in reality, it was a view of a wall facing the parking lot. We requested to change rooms, but we were told it was due to our reservation made through an agency. We were very disappointed with this room, which also had no internet connection, typical for a basement! We do not understand how vacationers can be accommodated in this kind of room. 😡
