I'll speak with the best words. There really is nothing to say negative. All fantastic, at the reception Spyridoula and Mr. Giannis and on the beach Dimitris are only those I will mention but if I could I would speak for everyone. Gentle and helpful. The room perfect and clean. Every day cleaning. Sea towels. In front of the sea with your own sunbeds. Food fantastic every day new menu and fresh and clean. Breakfast with everything. Das Essen fantastisch, jeden Tag ein neues Menü und frisch und sauber. Frühstück mit allem. Definitiv jedes Mal einen Besuch wert. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Danke

Run away! Room 104, I suppose! The one next to the dining room. Not only the room and damp, scrubbed with unpleasant smells (clothes soak up this smell) but no care is given: damaged furniture, crumpled curtains, eliminated towels, scrubbed top (as down/duvet). Mouldy walls: we see the brushstrokes that hide misery! And what about the bathroom and toilet. Deplorable arrangement. Deplorable care. We had three nights booked in this hotel. We stayed there only one night. As the hotel was fully booked no other rooms were available for the first night and also for the second night. So we stayed 2 nights at our expense in another hotel in the city. In high-end travel tour!

Nice enough hotel, the breakfast and dinner buffet had lots of variety and there is something for everyone. There are no drinks included in the dinner, so you have to purchase on the night. The prices for drinks are a little steep. The pool is not heated and is a little too cold in October. The weather was not great when we visited and swimming in the sea was not possible due to high waves and currents. The room had everything we needed (Kettle, fridge), just a little small and the view was not great. Looking at all rooms, most are facing buildings or bushes. The beds are comfortable. The cleaners coming every day, but we did not find this to be necessary. The bar and entertainment (on some nights) is outside and as it was a little colder than expected. It be would have been nice to offer an indoor options. There was not atmosphere, but this could be due to the time of the year. If you hire a car, be aware that there is very limited parking. We parked at the sea front or at the car rental company 10 minutes walk away. The promenade is great for walkers and it took us (slow walkers) around 45 minutes to get into Rethymnon town center. Rethymnon is worth a visit, but it is a little smelly with car fumes and drains. The staff was very friendly and attentive and everyone was really happy to help.
