Very good welcome, the whole team is friendly and attentive, a big thank you to everyone.

For a first experience in Crete, we had a very good time. The environment is very pleasant. The hotel is really very good, with welcoming, pleasant staff who are always attentive to the guest; the setting is pleasant and soothing. The morning and evening buffet is very diverse with regional specialties, and it is always very good. The rooms are very well maintained. The only small negative point, which isn't impactful, is that the pool lounge chair cushions are made of leather, so in the sun, they get hot on your bottom 😁. I highly recommend this hotel.
